This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 13.10.2016 as expeditious as possible.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the complaint given by the petitioner, a petition enquiry in CSR No.107 of 2017 is pending.
