ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 448, 323 and 506(2) of IPC in Crime No.265 of 2021, seeks anticipatory bail.

2. This is a second anticipatory bail petition. The earlier anticipatory bail Petition filed in Crl.OP(MD)No.9918 of 2021 was dismissed as against this petitioner on 27.07.2021, on the ground that apart from this case, the petitioner is having one previous case.

3. There is no change of circumstance. Considering the bad antecedent of the petitioner, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
