This Writ petition has been filed, for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent herein to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2017 in order to conduct the first Respondent Association's Election by the third Respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer in the

writ petition, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:

2.a. The second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 29.05.2017 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected W.M.P.(MD) No.8858 of 2017 is closed.
