This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated

25.04.2023 and 05.05.2023 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that even after concluding peace committee meeting conducted by the Tahsildar, Musiri on 20.02.2023, Vetti Selvan and Senthil who are rival claims had not handed over the key. Hence, he preferred the complaint. However, the respondent police has not taken any action.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that they are ready to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2023 and 05.05.2023.

5. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.04.2023 and 05.05.2023 and to take appropriate action within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
