ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent to conduct re-investigation the case in Crime No.18 of 2018 pending on his file and also file a final report within a time frame.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi and the case is pending committal in P.R.C.No.34 of 2018 and that four persons have been arrayed as accused. He would also submit that now case is pending committal and hence, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted at this stage. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3.If the petitioner is aggrieved by the same, he can approach the concerned Magistrate by filing protest petition, in accordance

with law. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
