Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 20.08.2020 and 01.09.2020.

ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, seeking a direction to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representations dated 20.08.2020 and 01.09.2020. 2.By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

3.Mr.M.Muniyasamy, learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.The petitioner's mother, namely, Jeyaramu has purchased the property in Survey Nos.84/3A4, 84/3A7 and 84/5B5 bearing patta No.968 to an extent of 0.18.46 hectare situated at Perungudi Village, Madagupatti, Sivagangai District from one Ramanathan Chettiar on 25.01.2002 through the registered sale deed. Thereafter, she was enjoying the property as continuously and had constructed one house in the property. Thereafter, on 27.07.2018 she has executed inam settlement deed in favour of the petitioner in Document No.1068/2018 and on 09.08.2018, the she has executed another inam settlement deed in favour of the petitioner's sister in Document No.1124/2018. As on date, the revenue records stands in the name of the petitioner's mother namely, Jeyaramu, after settling https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.13624 of 2020 the property to the petitioner and his sister. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation on 20.08.2020, seeking issuance of separate patta to the respondents. Since no efforts have been taken, the petitioner sent a reminder representation on 01.09.2020. However, till date, no steps have been taken on the representations of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition, seeking aforesaid prayer.

5.In view of the above, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 20.08.2020 and 01.09.2020 and take a decision, in accordance with law, within a period of two

(2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With this direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
