ORDER

The petitioner has come forward with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to conduct speedy enquiry and dispose of the case in Na.Ka.No.31890/2015 filed by the third respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court. 2.According to the petitioner, the petitioner and her family members are in possession and enjoyment of the land in Survey No.36/2, Thanakkankulam Village, Thiruparankundram Taluk, Madurai District to the extent of 2.70 acres and patta was also issued in Patta Nos.1410, 531 and 1154. The petitioner's family was far away from the property. Taking advantage of the same, the third respondent is trying to encroach the property of the petitioner and he has filed a petition before the first respondent to cancel the patta issued in favour of the petitioner's family and the same is pending. W.P.(MD) No.14035 of 2020 3.A learned Judge of this Court has passed an order in W.P. (MD)No.7360 of 2020 dated 07.07.2020, which was filed by one K.Ramasamy / third respondent herein for conducting enquiry at the earliest and dispose of Na.Ka.No.31890/2015. It was directed in the said writ petition that the proceedings in question should be completed within a period of eight weeks from the lockdown is lifted. Now, the petitioner has approached this court for the very same relief sought for by the third respondent herein. 4.Since the relief sought for in this writ petition has already been given by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.7360 of 2020, it is not necessary to pass the very same direction. Of course, the respondents shall inform the order earlier passed by this Court and a copy of the same may also be given to the petitioner herein.

It is needless to mention that the entire exercise shall be completed by the official respondents as directed earlier after hearing the petitioner and the third respondent. This Court has not gone into the merits of the matter. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
