ORDER
The petitioner herein, who was an applicant for the selection process to the post of Pharmacist in the notification issued for the year 2014, has admittedly not responded to the call letter sent by the first respondent herein.
2. It is stated by the learned Standing Counsel that the selection process for the notification of the year 2014 has already been completed. Since the petitioner herein did not appear for the written examination during the selection process, the respondents cannot be found fault with.

3. Hence, I do not find any merits in the present Writ Petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. However, if the petitioner is qualified to apply for the next selection process, liberty is hereby granted to her to make an appropriate application for the ensuing selection notification. No costs.
