Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time mentioned in the order passed by this Court in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.2653 of 2022 dated 08.03.2023.
2. This Court, on 08.03.2023, in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.2653 of 2022, granted anticipatory bail on certain conditions.

Crl.M.P.(MD)No.7429 of 2023 Court passed in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.2653 of 2022 dated 08.03.2023 within the stipulated time, since Special Leave to Appeal is pending before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Hence, the time may be extended. 4.
Considering the request made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, time is extended for a further period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to comply with the order of this Court passed in CRL.O.P.(MD)No.2653 of 2022 dated 08.03.2023. This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed accordingly.
