RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to suspend the sentence of imprisonment imposed by the learned Principal District and Sessions Judge, Virudhunagar at Srivilliputhur, in S.C.NO.2/2017 dated 25/09/2018 and enlarge the petitioners/appellants on bail, pending disposal of the above said Criminal Appeal and thus render justice.

2. When this Court was about to dismiss the miscellaneous petition on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
