2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) appearing for the respondent. 3.Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, (*)the Subordinate District Judge, Kanyakumari District, is directed to dispose of S.C.No.6 of 2002, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
