O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to take necessary action upon the petitioner's complaint, dated 13.04.2022 which is pending before the 1st respondent without any progress.
2. The petitioner has filed the present petition to take action against the officials and private parties stating that they were manipulated the records in respect of the S.No.200/3 to an extent of 1 Acre 91 Cents situated at Meenatchipuram Village, Thevaram, Theni District.
3. According to the petitioner, he is owner of the property in above said Survey Number. The accused parties manipulated the records and obtained the patta and made alienation.
4. It is submitted by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner has filed a revision as per the Patta Pass 2/5
Book Act before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Uthamapalayam challenging the patta transfer.
5. When the petitioner is challenged the patta transfer before the competent authority, this court is not inclined to consider the petitioner's case of to take necessary criminal action. So, this Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to agitate the issues before the appropriate authority. The petitioner is at liberty to make the complaint if any criminality would find by the competent authority in the enquiry.
