To issue a WRIT OF CRTIORARI or any appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of Writ of Certiorani, calling for the records herein in impugned order passed by the respondent herein in TIN.33576040647/2013-2014, dated 30.11.2015 and quash the same. ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.BASHYAM, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed praying to condone the delay of 290 days in representing W.P(MD)SR.No.3894 of 2016 on the file of this Court.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is allowed subject to the condition that the petitioner pays a sum of Rs.500/- (Rupees five hundred only) to the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
