This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 1353 days in filing this criminal appeal against the judgment in Spl.S.C.No.22 of 2021 on the file of the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thanjavur, dated 02.06.2022.
