The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents not to put up any road over and above the vari channel in S.F.No.177 at Mathur Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District, in view of the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.06.2017. 2.Heard Mr.M.Siddharthan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 6 and perused the materials available on record.

3.Learned Additional Government Pleader, on instructions from the 3rd respondent, would submit that the well said to have been available in S.F.No.177 of Mathur Village is in a damaged condition, the respondents 1 to 6 have no intention to cause any further damage to the well and the formation of the road on vari channel will not cause any inconvenience to the petitioner for enjoyment of his land as well as the well and on the other hand, he would be benefited.

4.Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
