This writ petition has been filed, seeking to direct the 3rd respondent not to interfere into the schedule of festival decided by the Church committee vide resolution dated 11.06.2017 to be taken place at St.Thomas Church, Keelapandarakulam, Kilavaneri Post, Tirunelveli District.

respondent group is seized of by the Tahsildar, Radhapuram and a Peace Committee Meeting has been held by the Tahsildar to bring about an amicable settlement.
