ORDER

This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.4803 of 2025, dated 20.03.2025 2.Mr.I.Sabeermohamed, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3.Mr.M.Karunanithi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent-Police submits that the petitioner has complied with the conditions only for 7 days. He further submits that the investigation not yet completed. 4.In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition.

5.Accordingly, this petition is modified and condition No.8(iv) imposed by this Court in the order dated 20.03.2025 passed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.4803 of 2025, is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police monthly twice ( i.e., on the 1st and 15th of each month according to the English calendar) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions shall hold good.
