For Anticipatory bail in Crime No. 90 of 2021 on the file of the respondent Police ORDER : The Court made the following order :- It is reported by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the defacto complainant that on the effective steps taken by the Mediator, the matter has been solved amicably between the petitioner and the defacto complainant and a compromise was also entered between the parties.

2. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel for the defacto complainant, this Criminal Original Petition is closed as no further order is required. It is left open to the petitioner to place the Memo of compromise before the respondent Police and the respondent Police shall proceed further based on the memo of compromise entered between the parties.
