Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.JAMEEL ARASU B, Advocate for the petitioner and M/S.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time for two weeks which is already granted anticipatory bail in Crl.OP(MD)No.5817 of 2022 dated 19.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to financial crisis, the petitioner is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.OP(MD)No.5817 of 2022 dated 19.04.2022.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 19.04.2022 in Crl.OP(MD)No.11442 of 2020 Crl.OP(MD)No.5817

of 2022 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
