Respondents Prayer :- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of The Constitution of India to set aside the Fair and Decreetal order dated 05.10.2023 passed in IA No.2 of 2022 in OS No.165 of 2022 (Old IA No.56 of 2020 in OS No.172 of 2017), on the file of the District Munsif Court (FAC), Karaikudi, by allowing this Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER:- This Petition coming on for hearing on this day under the caption 'Extension of time for Lower Court' and upon perusing earlier order dated 13.06.2024 and the requisition submitted by the District Munsif, Karaikudi (FAC) in D.No.15/2025 dated 07.01.2025, seeking further four months time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.165 of 2022, this Court made the following Order: "The learned District Munsif, Karaikudi (FAC), sent a letter, dated 07.01.2025 requesting an extension of further time to dispose of the suit in O.S. No. 165 of 2022, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 13.06.2024.

Having considered the reasons stated in the letter, dated 07.01.2025, this Court is inclined to extend for another six months time to dispose of suit in O.S. No. 165 of 2022. Accordingly, four months time is extended from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to dispose of the said suit in O.S. No. 165 of 2022". Sd/- Assistant Registrar
