This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Special Judge under TNPID Act, Madurai to dispose the case in Cr.M.P.No.230 of 2017 in C.C.No.17 of 2014 on the files of Special Judge under TNPID Act, Madurai within a time frame. 2.This Court on 14.11.2018, called for report from the learned Special Judge under TNPID Act, Madurai and a report has also received stating that after enquiry, case in Cr.M.P.No.230 of 2017 is reserved for orders on 27.11.2018.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands closed.
