PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents herein to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondent No.3 on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 25.05.2022 within a stipulated time period in accordance with law.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents herein to conduct enquiry and take appropriate action against the respondent No.3 on the basis of the petitioner complaint dated 25.05.2022 within a stipulated time period in accordance with law.
2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that the complaint has been received, summon has been issued to the parties for enquiry. He further seeks two weeks time to complete the enquiry.
3. Recording the same, the second respondent police is hereby directed to take suitable action on the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 25.05.2022, and to complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order in accordance with law.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
