payment issued by the 2nd respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No. 0728/Aa4/2022 dated 13.12.2023 and release the maintenance grant for the year 2023 in furtherance of compliance of the defects in terms of order made in W.P.MD.No.135 of 2024 dated 06.02.2024 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2024 within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER
Heard the learned counsel on either side.
2. The petitioner is presently under direct payment system. The petitioner wants the same to be revoked. It is seen that the petitioner school came under adverse notice of this Court vide order dated 06.02.2024 in W.P. (MD)No.135 of 2024. This Court had given a specific direction that the defects pointed out by the department should be set right.
3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would state that the petitioner is not extending his cooperation. 2/4
4. Be that as it may, it is directed that inspection shall be conducted on 03.07.2024. The petitioner is directed to extend his cooperation. Based on the outcome of the said inspection, an appropriate order shall be passed by the second respondent on the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2024 within a period of four weeks thereafter. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is open to the second respondent to pass order one way or other.
