This writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking a direction to directing the respondent Nos.1 & 2 to secure the petitioner life from the respondents Nos.3 to 8 and to direct the respondents Nos.1 & 2 to file final report in Crime No.194 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Nagamalai Pudhukottai Police Station, K.Pudhur, Alagarkovil Road, Madurai - 625 007.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the FIR in Crime No.194 of 2022 pending on the file of the second respondent has been enquired and the same was closed as 'Mistake of Fact' and final report has also been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Madurai. 2/4
