Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the respondents from opening / locating TASMAC Shop in Raja Rice Mill Building at AYA Nadar Road, North Gate, Thanjavur, based on the petitioner's representation dated 22.05.2017.

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents not to establish a TASMAC shop in the place mentioned therein, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

learned counsel, has taken notice for the second respondent. 3.It is represented on the side of the respondents that there is no proposal for establishing a TASMAC shop in the place mentioned in the petition.

4.Considering the representation made on the side of the respondents, the present writ petition is totally unwarranted and the same is liable to be dismissed.
