Police, in connection with a case in Crime No.94 of 2024, for the offence punishable under Sections 294(b), 341, 324 and 307 IPC, has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that due to family dispute, on 22.04.2024 the accused persons waylaid the victim, abused him in filthy language and indiscriminately assaulted him with sticks. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The injured has been discharged from the hospital. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that in the occurrence the victim has sustained six cut injuries all over his body. Though he was discharged from the Government Hospital on 26.05.2024, he is not recovered fully again he is admitted in a Private Hospital and he is still taking treatment.

5. Considering the nature of injuries sustained by the victim and the fact that the victim is still in hospital, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
