The present Writ Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to sanction and to pay the educational loan for the first year to pursue higher education in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering Course (B.E) at Hindusthan College of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous) Coimbatore.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that in the month of August 2016, he approached the respondent seeking educational loan. Since no order was passed, he submitted a representation on 04.05.2017, despite the same, the loan was not sanctioned and hence, the present writ petition is filed by the petitioner.

4. Considering the facts of the case, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by directing the respondent to consider the

representation of the petitioner dated 04.05.2017 on merits and in accordance with law and pass orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
