ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the second respondent to issue the "Non Traceable Certificate" for the missing Document in Document No.1036 of 1983 to the petitioner forthwith.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, on 10.08.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that as per the direction given by this Court, the petitioner was directed to produce a copy of the missing document and he has also given an undertaking to the effect that he will produce the same to the second respondent. But, thereafter, he failed to do so. So, because of his non co-operation, the complaint was closed, on 07.08.2021.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is ready to produce a copy of the missing document. 4.Since the complaint has been closed, the petitioner is directed to make a fresh complaint within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of the order by producing a copy of the missing document to the second respondent. Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11059 of 2021 second respondent may consider the same on merits and following the circular issued by the Director General of Police, e.f.vz;.116/Kfhk; /fh.J.J.j/2020> ehs;- 31.07.2020, the same has to be concluded within a period of 4 weeks thereafter. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
