[Order of the Court was made by S.SRIMATHY, J.] By consent of both parties, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.Challenging the proceedings of the 2nd respondent made in Na.Ka.No. 187/2025/A1, dated 08.04.2025, the petitioner has filed this Writ Petition with a consequential direction to the respondents to regularize the petitioner's building situated at Ward No.2, Swamy Sanithi Street, S.No.49/26 in terms of Section 135 of Tamil Nadu Urban Local Bodies Act, 1998.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already submitted an application seeking regularization of the building to the respondents and the same is pending with the respondents without any progress.

4.In such view of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the application submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Till such time, the impugned notice is kept in abeyance.
