ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the first respondent to consider the representation dated 01.06.2017, by way of issuing a writ of mandamus.

2.Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has contended to the effect that the petitioner has given a representation on 01.06.2017, wherein it has been clearly stated that the persons namely Palpandi and Maharajan have encroached a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

street and put up construction and under the said circumstances a representation has been given, but the first respondent has not considered the same and therefore the present writ petition has been filed.

4.It is seen from the records that on 01.06.2017 the petitioner has given a representation to the first respondent, wherein it has been clinchingly stated to the effect that the persons mentioned therein, have encroached a street and put up construction, but so far the first respondent has not taken any action.

5.Considering the aforesaid factual circumstances, this Court is inclined to pass the following order. 6.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed without costs and the first respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 01.06.2017 alleged to have been given by the petitioner and dispose of the same within a period of one month.
