ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 506(ii) of IPC @ 397 of IPC in connection with Non Bailable Warrant issued in S.C.No.423 of 2016 on the file of the I Additional Assistant Sessions Court, Madurai, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The petitioner was absent on 19.06.2017 during the trial in S.C.No.423 of 2016 before the learned I Additional Assistant Sessions Court, Madurai. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

5.Recording the above said undertaking given by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the trial Court on next hearing date and to file a recall warrant petition.
