This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing to the respondents to measure the petitioner's property and place the survey stones in Survey No.372/1 to an extent of 2508 square feet situated at Kovathakudi Village, Manachanallur Taluk, as per his representation dated 14.06.2017. 2.Mr.D.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the property to an extent of 600 square feet in the same Survey Number and as per the order of this Court WP(MD)No.9872 of 2017, the second respondent had conduct the survey of the land and also the land now the petitioner seeks to survey. He further submitted that if the petitioner makes necessary application and pays fees, the respondents are ready to conduct the survey of this land. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit while submitting an application to survey this property, the petitioner has paid necessary charges, he is also produced the challan.

4.In view of the above, this Writ Petiton is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to survey the land of the peitioner based on the representation dated 14.06.2017 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and after providing opportunity to all necessary parties. No cost.
