This present petition is filed for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the first respondent in connection with the impugned order of summon issued by him in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.576/A3/2012, dated 31.05.2017 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary. 2.Mr.R.Anand, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing at length, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Writ Petition with liberty to challenge the order passed by the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi in Cr.M.P.No.1751 of 2017 and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.Recording the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
