Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent.

2. Issuance of notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.

3. The petition-mentioned document was executed in favour of the petitioner settling the petition-mentioned property. Registration was refused. The petitioner can very well file an appeal challenging the same. If the appeal is filed within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, it shall be entertained without reference to limitation. The petitioner's counsel stated that such an appeal will be filed within the time limit stipulated by this Court. As and when such an appeal is filed, the appellate authority is directed to dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to the contesting parties within a period of three months, thereafter. This writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
