The petitioner has come up with the present Writ Petition for issuance of writ of mandamus directing the respondents to cancel the documents vide Document No.859/2016 and Document No.860/2016, dated 04.05.2016 based on the circular No.67, dated 03.11.2011. 2.By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal in the admission stage itself.

3.Heard Mr.R.Sundar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.Alagathevan, learned Additional Government Pleader.

considering the case of the petitioner, this Court without going into the merits, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 05.06.2017 and dispose of the same on merits and in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity to all the necessary parties within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
