This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in guise of enquiry. 2.According to the petitioner, the respondent police are harassing the petitioner under the guise of enquiry. Hence this petition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner has obtained bail in some other case and now regularly appearing before the respondent police and complying with the bail condition. Apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in this petition. 4.Since the prayer of the petitioner is not to harass the petitioner and the second respondent also denied the alleged harassment and in 2/4

order to comply with the bail condition, the petitioner is appearing before the respondent police and apart from that they have not harassed the petitioner as alleged in this petition, recording the same, this criminal original petition is closed.
