Respondents PRAYER : This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the second respondent in Rc.No.23418/2019/D2 dated 01.08.2019 relating to educational qualification for the post of Electrical Engineer and the notification issued by the third respondent in Na.Ka.No.11/131/202021 dated 12.03.2020 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and in consequence thereof direct the third respondent to absorb the service of the petitioner to the post of Electrical Engineer in the third respondent's Mill.
