O R D E R
This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent herein to initiate appropriate action on the basis of the complaint dated 19.02.2024 lodged before the second respondent herein which had been acknowledged in CSR No.46 of 2024 dated 23.02.2024.
2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's complaint was enquired and the same was also closed. 3.However, the petitioner has alternative remedies under Sections 154(3) and 156(3) of Cr.P.C. before the Superintendent of Police as well as the learned Judicial Magistrate. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition in view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13681 of 2018 etc batch, dated 20.09.2018.
4.In view of the above, this petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedy which is available under the Act. No costs. Index :Yes/No 13.06.2024 Internet : Yes/No sji 2/4
