This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to initiate appropriate action under the relevant provisions of law on the basis of the 1/4

complaint dated 16.04.2024 lodged before the first respondent herein within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner's complaint was enquired and the same was also closed. 3.However, the petitioner has alternative remedies under Sections 154(3) and 156(3) of Cr.P.C. before the Superintendent of Police as well as the learned Judicial Magistrate. Hence, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition in view of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13681 of 2018 etc batch, dated 20.09.2018.
