Respondents PRAYER:Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 herein to make arrangements for conducting Musiri St.Irudhaya Aandavar Temple Deity Car Procession on 24.06.2017 in Malaiyappapuram Street, Musiri, Trichy District in the light of peace committee decision dated 27.06.2014, considering the petitioner's representation dated 20.06.2017.

[Order of the Court was made by A.SELVAM, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
make necessary arrangements for conducting Temple Deity Car Procession on 24.06.2017 through Malaiyappapuram Street, Musiri, Tiruchirappalli District, by way of issuing a Writ of Mandamus. 2.Mr.K.Guru, learned Additional Government Pleader, has taken notice for the respondents 1 to 3. Considering the nature of the relief sought in the writ petition, notice need not be sent to the fourth respondent.
3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has contended to the effect that with regard to right mentioned in the petition, a civil suit is pending on the file of the District Munsif Court, Musiri. 4.Considering pendency of a civil suit with regard to right mentioned in the petition, this Court is inclined to pass the following order.
5.In fine, this Writ Petition is allowed in part without costs and the third respondent is directed to look into the representation dated 20.06.2017 and dispose of the same within a period of two days. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
