ORDER

The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner from the respondents 3 and 4.

2.The petitioner with a grievance that the respondents 3 and 4, who are the accused in Crime No.101 of 2024, have intimidated and threatened him to withdraw the said complaint. 3.Heard the learned counsel on either side and also perused the materials placed on record.

4.The respondent police shall find out whether the averments of the petitioners are true and to take appropriate action in accordance with law.
