Heard Mr.P.Balamurugan, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. By consent both parties, considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage. 2.The petitioner, aggrieved by the inclusion of the name of the sixth respondent alone leaving out his name in the patta, has made an application for necessary corrections to be carried out. 2/5
3.The grievance of the petitioner is that no action has been taken, though enquiry proceedings were commenced in Na.Ka.1196/23 A7 before the fourth respondent. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that subsequent to the bifurcation, the subject property now falls within the jurisdiction of the 5th respondent. 4.In the light of the fact that the petitioner seeking modifications in the entries effected by the Tashildar, a direction is issued to the third respondent, Revenue Divisional Officer, to consider the petitioner's application, dated 02.12.2022 after giving an opportunity to the 6th respondent as well and pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
