Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the rejection order of the second respondent in No.51/GEN/B4PS/TUT/2017 dated 20.06.2017 and quash the same and consequently directing the respondents to grant permission and protection for Kabadi tournament with speaker scheduled to be held on 23.06.2017 at night 09.00 pm to 24.06.2017 at morning in connection with Nesammal Kabadi Competition at North Street, Muthaiahpuram, Thoothukudi.
