Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents. 2.The grievance of the petitioner is that he has submitted a representation to the respondents seeking regularisation of his initial service and for the consequential monetary benefits. W.P(MD)No.13573 of 2020 request of the petitioner is pending with the respondents, without there being any orders passed. Aggrieved over the same, this writ petition is filed by the petitioner.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice if the representation of the petitioner dated 25.09.2020 is directed to be disposed of, within a stipulated time limit.
4.In view of the limited relief sought for, this Court, without expressing anything on the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.09.2020 and pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5.With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
