Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner claims to be the owner of the petition mentioned property. The revenue record in respect of the said property is reflecting the name of the grandfather of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.13136 of 2022 petitioner's father's vendor. The petitioner has given an application for mutation of patta. Since his application is not being processed by the third respondent, the present writ petition has been filed. He only seeks expeditious disposal of his application.

3.No exception can be taken to the said request. The third respondent is directed to pass final order after holding an enquiry on the petition mentioned application within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is open to the third respondent to pass order one way or the other. The rights of the contesting parties are left open. The only direction now given is speedy disposal of the petition mentioned application. 4.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
