Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her husband namely P.Prabu, S/o.Palanichamy and his family members and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 4 to forbear the 5th respondent and his henchmen from anyway interfering with the peaceful matrimonial life of the petitioner.
