ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking for a direction to grant no objection certificate to the petitioner to permit him to go to abroad.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a representation dated 31.10.2018 was made by the petitioner to the respondent police seeking for a no objection certificate to the petitioner to go abroad. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, a lookout circular has been issued against the petitioner and the same is pending. Therefore, he will not be permitted to go abroad unless the lookout circular is withdrawn. 3.The learned Government Advocate on instruction would submit that the case is now pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.IV, Tirunelveli.

4.The learned counsel would further submit that the police cannot take any decision in this regard and it is for the petitioner to move an appropriate application before the Court below. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 5.In the facts and circumstances of this case, the petitioner is given liberty to file an appropriate petition before the Court

below and the Court below shall take a decision in accordance with law.
