[Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN, J.] The petitioner filed this Writ Petition challenging the eviction order dated 28.04.2017 and to direct the respondents to pay compensation, on account of illegal demolition of the shop.
2. When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader produced a copy of the order dated 28.08.2017, in and by which, alternative place was allotted to the petitioner.
3. In view of the subsequent event, relating to the proceedings dated 28.08.2017, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition.
4. The Writ Petition is disposed of, with the above observation. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
