2. The learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, has sent a letter in D.No.69/2026 dated 20.01.2026, requesting an extension of time to dispose the case in G.W.O.P.No.1221 of 2025, pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 15.07.2025 in Tr.CMP.(MD).No.283 of 2025.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, Family Court, Madurai, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, four months time is granted for disposing the case in G.W.O.P.No.1221 of 2025 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
