The prayer sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and enquire into the petitioner's representation, dated 23.05.2017 within a time frame. 2.Heard Mr.C.Bethanasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Muruganandham, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the material on record.

3.The only grievance of the petitioner is that the 3rd respondent has inspected the drinking water line, but without giving any notice or conducting any enquiry disconnected the drinking water line.

4.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice, if a direction is given to 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.05.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.In the light of the above facts, without going into the merits of the case, this court directs the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 23.05.2017 and pass orders, purely on merits and in accordance with law, after providing opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the necessary parties, if any, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order copy.
